About Andorra Technology Consulting

Joe Downey is founder, president and managing consultant at Andorra Consulting, LLC, a boutique consulting firm located in Lafayette Hill, PA. Joe has over 25 years combined experience in technology, operations, finance, six-sigma and managing diverse cross-functional teams. Andorra Consulting has served select clients as trusted partner to successfully deliver strategy, processes and technology across private, public and government organizations.

Prior to founding Andorra Consulting, Joe had a successful career spanning over 15 years with management roles at General Electric, and Cerberus Capital. While at General Electric, Joe ran large local leasing & repair locations, designed and managed a centralized national call center, delivered the first “real-time” website order transaction within the General Electric Co, and led the global IT team of 123. 

Joe Downey holds a BS degree in Business with a minor and Finance from Philadelphia University, a webmaster certificate from Penn State University and a Master Blackbelt certificate in Six Sigma. He volunteers his time at the three schools his sons attend, and serves on local boards. He also enjoys the outdoors, swimming, fishing coaching baseball & track.

Joe has extensive experience building and managing high performing teams with a “workman like” approach, based on trust and a genuine nature, to recruit, teach, and motivate talent to exceed expectations. Joe grew up in a blue-collar home in Philadelphia and worked full time after high school to complete his college degree. For the last 22 years, Joe has resided in Lafayette Hill PA with his family, where he is an established & active member in the community.
